I followed her steps.

One of the steps was to develop a website. I'm IT and know web design but I needed to update my design.

That lead to personal branding. So, I followed those directions.

I needed validation so I had NP Digital evaluate what I had setup and my plan.

They told me I had done everything correctly and they said they couldn't help me and keep doing what I was doing.

I can across an online course about storytelling. The man who told his story was very similar to mine.

I paid $2,000 for the course. Within 30 days I landed a $50k position using what I learned in that course.

Realize I hadn't completed the course. But, I recognized I had bought something very valuable.

TIME- I shortened my time to the next level.

Time is the most valuable asset so I'm always looking to buy time.

While at that position. I studied Chris Do owner of The Futr.

He had a video with Marty Neumeier. A leading author and creative director at Liquid Agency.

Also, he wrote the book that Steve Jobs used to create Apple.

He had started an education series on Branding. I went to my executive director and told them I wanted to take the course as part of my personel development.

They told me "no". I told them "I don't care" . I'm going and I'll pay for the course myself and I'll use my vacation time to attend.

They came back and said "Ok you don't have to use your vacation."

This was a shift in mindset. In order to get to the next level you will have to buy time and pay to go to the next level.

I was really hurt when they paid an outside consultant who sent people with some degrees but no real experience to interview us about whats wrong internally.

They paid that organization $30K dollars.

Now, I get access to the next level. I get information from other brand strategist working for major corporations.

"Liquid Death", Las Vegas marketing.

At his point, this is where I'm at.

In order to build my personal brand, I gave myself a brand challenge.

I will leave America and create another brand in another country.
